Deposit Policy

To confirm your booking, we require a 25% upfront deposit. This deposit secures your reservation and reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service to all our clients.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Deposit Refund and Rescheduling Policy: Please note that deposits are non-refundable due to the resources allocated for your appointment. We understand the need for flexibility, so if you wish to reschedule, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will happily transfer your deposit to a new date.

Late Rescheduling or No-show Policy: If you cannot reschedule and fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is essential, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our salon and other clients.

Cancellations and Their Impact: Being a small business that operates primarily by appointment, cancellations—especially those made without sufficient notice—have a substantial effect on our operations and our capacity to serve other customers. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Key Information for Our Clients

Punctuality: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full service you booked, and you will still be charged for the original service.

Service Changes: Should you choose to downgrade your service on the day of your appointment (for instance, opting for a 1/4 head instead of a full head), please be aware that you may still be charged for the originally booked service.

Service Satisfaction and Rectification Policy: Our goal is to provide outstanding services that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the service or color you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. This timeframe allows us to address your concerns promptly.
